Ummah Square is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error correction. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ummah Square. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ummah Square and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. If unresolved, you may contact us. We reserve the right to intervene and take actions including suspending or terminating accounts.
If a dispute arises between you and Ummah Square, we encourage a good faith effort to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, legal action must be taken in Nigerian courts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Ummah Square. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, logistics partners) to operate Ummah Square efficiently.
